RESTRUCTURE FOR SUCCESS

In this period we decided to restructure our company into an organization with member companies who are closely associating to each other regarding to legal, financial, human resource, branding, product strategy, etc but specialized by business sector to ensure flexibility and mutual support. According to this structure, in which CMC is the parent company and three subsidiaries include: CMC System Intergration Co., Ltd (CMC SI), CMC Software Solutions Company, CMS Computer Company. In year 2006, CMC System Intergration Co., Ltd established a new branch.

MARKED A MATURE

• Became the first System Integration (SI) partner of Cisco in Vietnam
• Implemented successful Treasury Accountant Project for 7 provinces/ cities with nearly 100 districts treasury.
• Provided communication infrastructure solutions for finance sector – one of these was implementation of WAN network and connection (frame-relay) service for for 60 provinces/cities with a thousands of access points. This was considered one of the most complex and critical projects in Vietnam.

THE PRECURSOR OF CMC TSSG

Computer Communications Company II (the precursor of CMC TSSG) was founded by Computer Communications Ltd. Company (the precursor of CMC Group). This was the initial steps of our journey in system integration business with the target of becoming a professional integration company in southern market.
