We focused on standardizing organization’s existing processes and forms. It can be said that this is the most difficult step because people are familiar with the workflow before. The work requires a lot of time and effort, while personnel must both participate in the CMMI project and must ensure the daily work activities are assigned, but for the sake of the company, project members has tried their best.”
