In late December 2017, CMC Technology Group kicked off the CMC Creative Space project – the office and data center complex of CMC in the southern area of District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. Up to now, the project has officially formed and brought true nature: technology, creativity and environmentally friendly.
Prime location 7km from Ho Chi Minh city center
The “creative space” of the CMC Technology Group in the south of Ho Chi Minh is called CMC Creative Space, located in Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7 Ho Chi Minh City, with an area of 13,133 m2 . The project has a prime location with two large roads intersecting, the main gate of the land is located on the intersection of Nguyen Van Linh highway, 7km from Ho Chi Minh City commercial center and close to Phu My Hung urban area. This place is very convenient for transportation. Beside the building of CMC, there are many office buildings of big technology companies, promising to create a large and modern “ICT complex” in Tan Thuan area in the future.
Technology design with “green areas”
With architectural planning including 1 data center building (Data center building) in the middle and 2 office buildings (Office building) on both sides, combining auxiliary works such as canteen, sports court, outside dining area … CMC Creative Space will be an ideal creative office as well as plenty of space for CMC staff to work and research. The square ahead will have a large green area in line with the current “green office” trend. The elevator hall is exposed to natural light, large lobby space to easily arrange large functional rooms such as conference rooms, training centers, with the largest possible layout of 1042 m2.
CMC Creative Ecosystem
The CMC Creative Space project was launched at the time CMC Technology Corporation celebrated its 25th anniversary. Inspired by the 25-year journey of continuous development and always aspiring to conquer with passion and creativity. The name “CMC Creative Space” expresses the creative spirit, non-stop innovation of CMC people, ready to grow and go to the big sea to become one of the big technology corporations in the world.
Along with the CVCS Trans-Southeast Asia cable line, three Data Center data centers in Hanoi, CMC NextGen SOC and CMC Technology Application Research Institute (CIST), CMC Creative Space will contribute to building the CMC Technology Ecosystem to research and deploy new technology applications, bringing added value to customers and partners. With a total investment of nearly VND 1,000 billion, it is expected that when completed, the project will create a capacity to provide large-scale information and telecommunication technology and service solutions, contributing to society in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.
