At the Asia-Pacific Partnership Conference 2019, held in Chiang Mai, Thailand on March 7, 2019, CMC SISG was honored to received 2 awards from Genesys as “Partner of the year 2018” and“ The best growth partner of 2018”. This was awarded to one of the best partners of Genesys in Southeast Asia.
In the past 2018, CMC SISG has continuously strengthened its cooperation with Genesys in Contact Center solutions and has successfully implemented many projects in the banking and finance industry.
