On 16/01/2018, Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB) together with Infosys and CMC Sai Gon System Integration Company Limited (CMC SISG) have official signed Agreement of Purchase and Deployment for Loan Origination System – LOS at MSB head office.
“With the goal of providing the best experience of banking transaction for customers, focused financial resources and upgraded technology system are the important strategies of Maritime Bank nowadays“, Mr. Huynh Buu Quang, General Director of Maritime Bank said. Loan Origination System deployment plan is one of the key plans to carry out the goal.
Loan Origination System – LOS is the most effective process management solution for banking that helps Maritime Bank quickly and precisely proceed documents related to Loan Applications as Loan servicing generates the majority in revenue of the bank. Loan servicing is forecast to strongly grow in coming years, especially with personal loan and corporate loan.
Maritime Bank expects to shorten by 50% of the waiting time as well as accurately update the status of appication processing at each point of time for customers to have make proactive plan after investing and putting into operation of this system.
